Description:
The 9095SS valve is installed at the fill port of a storage tank. Designed for use in pressurized fill systems and requires a tight fill connection. The valve installs on a 2” NPT male riser connection on low profile tanks requiring a high level shut-off. The valve terminates the fill when the product reaches the preset level. Compatible for use with diesel exhaust fluid (DEF). Maximum Pressure- 100 PSI, Maximum Viscosity- 150 Centistokes. For use on clean liquids only.

• The 9095SS has proven compatibility, durability and reliability through cycle testing in actual DEF transfer systems • The valve has completed cycle testing and compatibility testing • The valve materials meet the required specifications of ISO 22241-3 for
handling DEF • The wetted materials are Stainless Steel Alloys 304 and 316, Teflon and
Polypropylene • The valve design allows for a full flow fill until it closes. The dashpot
design ensures a reduction of line shock at shut-off • Designed for product not requiring a drop tube. Will not work with a drop tube • A field adjustable float allows the installer to set the desired shut-off level. The vertical float allows for installation in openings close in proximity to the tank walls • For ease of installation, the valve shut-off length is field adjustable from 2 to 96 inches depending on the model • Contains a 2” female threaded connection to the tank • Integral pressure relief • A pressurized tight fill connection is required for operation.
Product Warnings and Cautions:
• The valve flow rate is 110 GPM at 10 PSI pressure drop (see flow curve) • 5 PSI is the minimum flow requirement for valve operation • The valve is compatible with fluids that have a density greater than 0.717 grams per ML/6.00 lbs per gallon and a maximum viscosity of 150 centistokes • The valve must be used with clean product. Contamination from products such as used oil may cause the valve to function improperly. Line strainers or filters should be used in the fill piping or delivery vehicle to insure clean product
