Designed for applications where maximum pressure control is needed
such as bypassing a pump in order to reduce the pressure at the outlet. NOTE Fig. 174 IS NOT A "PRESSURE REGULATING DEVICE".
Features and Details:
• Wide range of pressure settings available (20 to 75 PSI) • Metal-to-metal seat • Field adjustable plus or minus 5 to 10 PSI from set point • Valve is normally closed. Opens when pressure overcomes the spring and outlet pressure.
Materials of Construction:
• Body and bonnet... brass • Spring... stainless steel • Stem packing... PTFE.
